Laural Diane Parker

Laural Diane Parker taught reading and writing in a public middle school for twenty-two years.  She loves history, Old English, and mystery novels.  Her publications include her novel Violet Strong and the Happiness Thieves, the article How to Win Over Teachers in the May/June 2010 issue of the SCBWI Bulletin, and articles in St. Louis area publications, including a weekly column in Education St. Louis Magazine.
